THE GRAIN DISCOVERY ZONE The Grain Discovery Zone is an interactive exhibit that travels around Ontario visiting fairs and other events to help consumers and youth understand about where grains are grown, and the people that grow them. With a sensory bin filled with grain corn and farm toys, grain samples, and a Good in Every Grain representative, the Grain Discovery Zone attends consumer facing events to bring awareness and educate visitors about Ontario grain farming. During the 2024 event season, the Grain Discovery Zone travelled across Ontairo to 18 events educating consumers about Ontario grains. Consumers were able to explore the corn with modern farm implement toys and ask questions with our Grain Discovery Zone ambassador. Visitors wanted to know information about topics like what are ancient grains, and how does that connect to Ontario’s grains, as well as the nutrition value of Ontario grains in a healthy lifestyle. Visitors also were very interested to understand what the grains look like in the fields, and “what grain am I seeing when I am driving past on the road?” 2025 SEASON Requests for the Grain Discovery Zone trailer for the 2025 event season can be made online on www.
