SWAC Satellite options
The Southwest Agricultural Conference (SWAC) is an excellent opportunity for farmers to hear about the latest in agronomic and production research in the province. But, as it’s located in Ridgetown, the distance can be challenging for northern and eastern Ontario. Fortunately, there are a few other options for those unable to make the long trek to Ridgetown. SWAC has teamed up with OMAFRA officials in northern and eastern Ontario to host satellite conferences for farmers in those areas.
The satellite conferences will feature webcasts from two separate lecture theatres in Ridgetown. Attendants will be able to see and hear the presentations from Ridgetown while discussing the topics with farmers and experts from the area.
